DUNHAM, Roy Orman - 66, of Mahone Bay, died January 5, 1993 in Victoria General Hospital. Born in Brantford, Ont., he was a son of the late Orman Kirk and Lorreen Alma (MacVicar) Dunham. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Bridgewater. He retired from the Royal Canadian Navy and was later employed at the Lunenburg Foundry. He was a member of Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 49, Mahone Bay and Mayflower Curling Club, Halifax. He is survived by five daughters, Lei-Valli (Mrs. John Thompson) Bermuda; Deborah, Dartmouth; Robynne (Mrs. Bob MacIntosh), Halifax; Sherea (Mrs. Chris Cullen) Bedford; Emberleah, Halifax; three sons, Darrell, Sackville; Lance, Dartmouth; Shawnne, Edmonton, Alta.; sister, Jean Somerset, Penhold, Alta.; brother, Leonard, Ontario; two stepbrothers, John, Gary, both in Ontario; 11 grandchildren; a great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister, Shirley; brother, William. The body is in Mahone Funeral Home, Mahone Bay, Funeral will be 2 p.m. Saturday in Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Bishop Wayne Hunt officiating. Burial will be in the Park Cemetery, Mahone Bay. Donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society. (The Halifax Chronicle-Herald, Thursday, 07 Jan 1993)
