In memory of those who have Crossed the Bar
ROWAN, Walter - passed away 07 February 1993 in Victoria, BC. Walter started his seafaring life on the Canadian Pacific Railway Steamships sailing up and down the West Coast from Vancouver to Alaska. He spent the war year on the East Coast, retiring back to Victoria after twenty-five years in the Navy. He spent another fifteen years on BC Ferries.
