FENN, Frank - Frank lived a long and purposeful life: Joining the RCN in 1938 as a Boy Seaman and retiring as a Lt. Commander in 1969. After retiring from the Navy Frank had a variety of careers from Deputy Registrar of Land and Titles to Ranch Manager. Survived by daughters Marilyn (Ron) and Nancy, son Rob (Janet), as well as grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A gathering will be held at a future date. No flowers by request. Frank joined the RCN on 06 Dec 1938 as a Boy Seaman. Her progressed up the the ranks to CPO1 and then took his commission in 1954 retiring as a LCdr (N) in 1969.
