Died: 24 Oct 2013

 

BROOKS, Robert Elmer (Bob) - We regret to report that Bob passed away quite suddenly, Thursday, October 24th, 2013. Bob was born February 10, 1937 in Napanee, Ontario, and retired to Vancouver after 25 years in the Canadian Navy as a Chief Petty Officer, plus 10 years civilian service. he leaves behind two sons Dean and Troy, daughter-in-law Susan, and granddaughter Maile. He was also a favorite uncle to his nieces Shirley, Debbie, Tammy and Suzanne. His wife Susan passed in 2011. Bob remained active in retirement and was loved and respected by his extended family, friends and neighbors. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Kidney Foundation.
