AB Lewis is buried in the Douglas Bank Cemetery, Dunfermline, Fife, Scotland.

HMCS GIVENCHY - Served in Givenchy 10 Mar 1943 - 07 May 1942 as an AB, RCN

HMCS HAIDA - Served in Haida 30 Aug 1943 - 26 Mar 1944 as an AB, RCN

HMS NABOB - Drafted to Nabob 24 Jul 1944
