ROWAN, Robert - of Vancouver, BC, suddenly in New Zealand on February 19, 1979, aged 56 years. Survived by his loving wife, Dorothy Grace; 2 daughters, Mrs. Neil (Donna) Ornstein of Vancouver, BC, Mrs. Robert (Linda) Vickars of Hamilton, New Zealand; one son, Ken, of Vancouver, BC; his mother, Mrs. Helen Rowan of Victoria, BV, brother, sisters, nieces and nephews. Seven years active duty in RCN, a late member of Gizeh Temple, Camels Shrine Club, and of Maple Leaf Masonic Lodge. A funeral service was held on February 26, 1979 at Forest Lawn Memorial Centre, Reverend E. Oldring officiating, interment Masonic Cemetery. Should friends desire, donations to Shrine Crippled Children's Fund, 3550 Wayburne Dr., Burnaby, would be appreciated.
