LEMAY, Marcel George Alphonse, AB, V54563, RCNVR, died - 07 Aug 1945, HMCS BLAIRMORE / HMCS CHIPPAWA - Son of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Lemay, of St. Boniface, MB.

 

AB Marcel Lemay died while at home on leave from HMCS BLAIRMORE.  The day of his death he complained about an upset stomach and not feeling well.  That evening he collapsed in the bathtub and drowned as a result. He is buried in the St. Boniface Cemetery, Winnipeg, MB.
