MURCH, Bruce Gordon - Peacefully, surrounded by loving family, on Wednesday, April 7, 2021, at Vision Nursing Home, Bruce Murch passed away at the age of 86. Beloved husband of the late Laurie. Loving father of Dean (Joanne), Carolyn Sutherland, Tracy Murch of Victoria, British Columbia, the late Robin, and the late Leslie. Cherished grandfather of Sarah (Andrew), Shaun (Sheri), Rebecca (Kody), Lisa (Eric), and Laney, and great-grandfather of Talys, Serverin, Kaden, Tegan, Cameron, Parker, and Lark. Remembered by several nieces, nephews, and friends. Predeceased by his parents and his brothers and sisters. Bruce was a Veteran of the Royal Canadian Navy from September, 1952 to November, 1974, and he was a proud member of the Royal Canadian Legion. He worked at Labatt for many years. Bruce enjoyed travelling across Canada and sitting on his porch looking out at the water. Above all, Bruce loved spending time with his family. A private family service will be held. Interment at Lakeview Cemetery. Sympathy may be expressed through donations to the Royal Canadian Legion or the Terry Fox Foundation (cheques only at the funeral home please).
