JASPER, Lawrence Cyril, O/Sig, V7574, RCNVR, MPK - 14 Apr 1943, HDPC D15 (HMCS CAPTOR) - Son of Arthur Cyril Jasper and of Stella May Jasper, Toronto, Ontario; husband of Mary Kathleen Jasper, Saint John, New Brunswick.

 

Ordinary Signalman Jasper died when his ship, HDPC D15, capsized and sank in the main channel at the entrance to Saint John Harbour, NB, during a storm on 14 Apr 1943.
