Died: 08 Jan 1998, Terrace, British Columbia

After 25 years of service Bill Taylor retired from the RCN as a CPO2 having served as a Fire Controlman (FC) and Naval Electronic Sensor Operator (NES OP). He served in HMC Ships Chaudiere, Saskatchewan, Mackenzie, Gatineau, Provider and Protecteur as well as at Sea Training Pacific and United Nations Transitional Authority in Cambodia (Jun-Dec 1992).

Bill was a son of William Keith Taylor and Edith Ethel (née Holmes) Taylor. Husband of Julia Cooper.
