SPURGEON, Albert George - It is with profound sadness that Susan announces the passing of her beloved father Albert Spurgeon on Thursday, August 31, 2017 at the Cambridge Memorial Hospital, at the age of 89 years. Treasured and incredible grandpa to Daniel and Erika. Predeceased by his wife Helen and brothers Chuck, Norm, Jack, Ted and Harold. He will be sadly missed by extended family and friends. At Tub's request, there will be no visitation or service. Cremation has taken place. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Corbett Funeral Home , 95 Dundas Street N., Cambridge. If desired, donations in Tub's memory may be made to the Royal Canadian Legion Galt Branch 121, the South Waterloo Naval Veterans Association Cambridge or the Canadian Cancer Society.
