GARDINER, Cyril Herbert (Cy) - Peacefully on Thursday, June 13, 1996 at the Queensway General Hospital at the age of 78. Beloved husband and best friend of Edith for 50 years. Dear father of Gail of Toronto, and son Kim and his wife Liz, both of London. Grandpa Cy will always be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Michael and Danielle. Cy served in WW II as a Lieutenant for the Canadian Navy. He pursued and retired a successful career of 34 years with Johnson & Johnson Inc. and McNeil Consumer Products Co. and was awarded the Sales Hall of Fame. CV will be deeply missed by his family and many good friends. Friends may call at the Turner and Porter Butler Chapel, 4933 Dundas Ste W., Etobicoke (between Islington and Kipling Ayes.) from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Friday. Funeral service in the chapel Saturday, June 16 at 3 o'clock. Cremation. If desired, remembrances may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario.
