They made the Ultimate Sacrifice
Pierre Danis was serving in HMCS OTTAWA when he died. It is not known if he died onboard ship at sea or while the ship was alongside in France His body was repatriated to Canada and was buried in the Cimetière de La Tuque, La Tuque, Quebec.
