In memory of those who have Crossed the Bar
LEAFLOOR, Michael Brady (Mike) - was born to TM “Bill” and FM “Miki” Leafloor, and attended school in Ottawa, Ontario. He was the third of six children. Mike was a Royal Canadian Sea Cadet (Falkland) in Ottawa, and joined the Royal Canadian Navy in November 1960, and sailed out of Halifax, Nova Scotia (Outremont and Cayuga). He is survived by his wife Nora (nee Hay), daughters Kathleen Sims (Wes) and Kathrine Leafloor, and his grandson Michael Neil Thomas. Mike is also survived by brothers Brian (Norma), John (Linda), Patrick (Donna), his sister, Helen, sister-in-law Deborah, and Brian R. Turner, who was like a brother, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and in-laws. Michael was predeceased by his parents and his younger brother Neil. Special thank you to Matthew Cannon for his care and support to Mike and family. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society, or a charity of your choice, would be appreciated.
