SIGSTON, George Dennis, Gunner (T), RCN, MPK - 29 Apr 1944, HMCS ATHABASKAN - Son of Edmund Thomas Sigston and Lilian Frances Sigston, of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia; husband of Dorothy May Sigston, of Dartmouth.

 

Gunner Sigston died when his ship, HMCS ATHABASKAN, was torpedoed and sunk in the English Channel on 29 Apr 1944.
