In memory of those who have Crossed the Bar
CROWELL, Larry Steven - 57 of East Lawrencetown , it is with great sorrow that his family announces that he passed away peacefully at home on February 27 , 2023 . He proudly served in Canadian Navy as a BOSN for 20 years and in Halifax Dockyard as a rigger for 12 years.
He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend. He was the type of person that if someone needed help he was there. He was a loving family man and says his greatest accomplishment was his girls. He enjoyed camping , travelling , playing darts and every Saturday night you would find him sitting by the fire listening to Saturday Night Classics . He is survived by his wife of 35 yrs. Nancy, Daughters Emily (Mirjon), Samantha (Steve), Victoria (Kevin), Grandsons Maksim and Emerson, his mother Pearl LaPierre, and siblings William, Nicole and Spencer.
Visitation will be held March 4 2023 at Dartmouth Funeral Home, 29 Queen St Dartmouth NS, on March 4 2023 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm. A private service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to VETS Canada. (The Saltwire Network 02 Mar 2023)
