MILOVICK, Michael, Lt (L), RCN, killed - 13 Jun 1952, 743 FLEET REQUIREMENT UNIT (HMCS SHEARWATER) - Son of John and Bertha (nee Ondeyka) Milovick; husband of Madalene (nee Danko) of Dartmouth, NS. Michael served in the RCAF before transferring to the RCN in 1948. He is buried in the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Hamilton, ON.

 

Lieutenant Milovick was conducting low-level flight training in an 'Avenger' anti-submarine warfare aircraft when it crashed into the sea. He did not survive.
