Died: 02 Jun 2013, Kelowna, British Columbia

 

ALLEN, Norman Edward (Norm) - was born in Toronto, Ontario on June 29, 1946, and passed away on June 2, 2013 in Kelowna after living with cancer for more than 2 years. He served his country for 24 years in the Royal Canadian Navy. Norm was predeceased by his wife Trish (Patricia) Allen. Norm will be deeply missed by his mother Oretha, his son Byron (Natasha) and three daughters Shelley (Phil), Leanne (Mike), and Eilleen (Sean), his three grandchildren Emma, Lily, and Kaelyn, and numerous other relatives and friends. In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation may be made in his name to the BC Cancer Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society in memory of Norm. A service in honour of Norm’s Life will be held on Saturday, June 8, 2013 at 3:30 pm at First Memorial Funeral Services 1211 Sutherland Ave., Kelowna.
