Built by Davie Shipbuilding and Repairing Co. Ltd., Lauzon, Quebec, she was delivered to the RCN on 19 Jul 1918. Her specifications on completion were: Displacement: 99 tons; Length: 84 feet; Beam: 19.3 feet; Draught: 10 feet; Speed: 9 knots; Armament: 1-6 pdr.
