LAYEUX, Gilbert - Passed away peacefully on Monday February 5, 2007 in his 85th year. Loving husband of Mary. Devoted father of Jim, John and Edward. Cherished brother to his sisters and his brother. Family and friends are invited to a memorial reception which will be held in the Maple Terrace Reception Centre at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Road (between Bayshore and Baseline Road) on Friday February 9, 2007 from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. (Legacy Remembers 07 Feb 2007)
Ships served in: HMCS STRATHADAM - Gilbert was serving in STRATHADAM when the hedgehog exploded on firing and killed six crew.
