Telegraphist Daniel Allan Craig of Dauphin on active service with the Royal Canadian Navy, who was recently killed in action, according to word received by his wife and parents, Mr. and Mrs. D. A. Craig. Daniel was born and educated in Dauphin, and last October married Vernice Brown, also of Dauphin. He enlisted in Winnipeg January 1940 in the navy as a wireless operator. Besides his wife he is survived by one sister Mrs. Lyall McMorron of Reston.
