In memory of those who have Crossed the Bar
James served in the RCNVR during the Second World War as a Signalman. He passed away in 1979 at the age of 60 just as he was readying himself for retirement from his career as a Captain on the Saskatoon Fire Department of 30 years. He loved his family, the outdoors, painting, building things and helping others just for fun. He was reportedly a great hockey coach to kids in our neighbourhood.
