In memory of those who have Crossed the Bar
A son of Annie (née Charnley) and Cecil Hazen Rudolf Zwicker, Charnley attended the Lunenburg Academy. He married Irene Mary Trilsbeck and they had 5 children. Charnley was a student at the time of his enrollment into the Navy.
Charnley's brother, William (Billie) Zwicker, also served in the RCN during the Second World War.
