In memory of those who have Crossed the Bar
Clifford served as a Signalman in the RCNVR from 1943 to 1945 during the Second World War. His brother Lorne Stanley Kelsey died during the Second World War. His brothers John Gordon (Jack) Kelsey and Leonard Kelsey also served in the Navy.
