DICK, Benson Gordon, AB, V17800, RCNVR killed - 14 Feb 1945, MTB-485 - Son of Robinson H. and Lucy Dick, of Hensall, ON.

 

Able Seaman B. G. Dick was killed when a fire in OStend Harbour, Belgium caused an explosion and destruction of a number of MTBs; his body was recovered and is buried at the Adegem Canadian War Cemetery, Belgium.
