Died: 14 Dec 2021, Embrun, Ontario

TREMBLAY, Wayne Marcel - born 16 May 1945, passed away at his home in Embrun, Ontario on 14 December 2021. Wayne is survived by his wonderful wife Bernice with whom he was married to for 52 years; his two sons Dean and Yvan (Regina), and his precious granddaughter Emilie.

Always thankful for God’s blessing, he would spontaneously and anonymously share with those less fortunate. Wayne was exceedingly proud of his roots, culture, country, his service with the Royal Canadian Navy and the Canadian Coast Guard. He was committed to lifelong learning and was proud of self-authoring two books over the past ten years. He loved to share, often at length, many “tidbits” of knowledge about history even if you may not have asked a question.

There will be a private celebration of life of which details will be shared once confirmed. Donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
