Died: 14 Jun 1969, Norfolk, Virginia, USA

 

Born in Winnipeg to Gudmundar Kely and Helga S. (née Laftson) Bjornson, He was the husband of Mary Bjornson and father of Elizabeth and Raymond.  LS Carl Bjornson was stuck and killed by a car while crossing at the intersection of Taussig Blvd and Granby St. in Norfolk, Virginia, USA, during a port visit by HMCS ASSINIBOINE. He was buried in the Lundar Cemetery, Lundar, Manitoba.
