In memory of those who have Crossed the Bar
BOWHEY, Robert L.E. - Served 25 years in the Canadian Armed Forces (Navy). He went missing at Peggy's Cove, NS and was presumed drowned. His parents were Leith Bowhey and Hilda Jean French. Brother of Denis Bowhey Ruthven and Deborah Smith. There is a memorial headstone for him at the Thornbury-Clarksburg Union Cemetery, The Blue Mountains, Grey County, Ontario.
