Died: 25 Apr 2011, Edmonton, Alberta

 

KOROLUK, John - of St. Albert passed away in his sleep April 25, 2011 at St. Michael’s Long Term Care Centre in Edmonton. John is survived by his wife, Pauline; sisters, Mary Welykholowa (John) of Kamsack, SK and Ann Welykholowa (Bill) of Regina, SK; sister-in-law, Winnie Koroluk (Metro) of Kamsack and numerous nieces and nephews. John was predeceased by his daughter, Helen and brother, Metro. John will be sadly missed by his family, friends and neighbors. The family wishes to thank the staff at St. Michael’s for their loving care of John during his stay at the centre. Funeral Rite Saturday, May 7 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Anthony's Ukrainian Orthodox Church, 6103 - 172 Street NW in Edmonton. Reverend Father Patrick E. Yamniuk will preside over the service with interment in St. Albert Cemetery (Poundmaker Road). In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in John’s name to the Mustard Seed (Edmonton), PO Box 1202, Main Post Office, Edmonton, AB T5J 2J4.
