MCCOURT, Maxwell Kenneth - Cherished and respected husband, protector, best friend and soul mate of Candis McCourt. Energetic yet loving and nurturing father to Marcus, Keagan and Phoenix. Dear son of Joyce (Dan) and Rick. Loving brother to Holly and twin brother James. Predeceased by daughter Athena and twin brother Mark. Maxwell was a proud sailor in the Royal Canadian Navy. He impacted so many lives with his gentle spirit, vibrant energy and loving personality. Rest peacefully. May your sails be full and your seas calm. Visitation will take place at James Reid Funeral Home, (1900 John Counter Boulevard), on Tuesday, 12 November 2019 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Full Military Funeral for Maxwell McCourt will take place at Trinity Chapel, CFB Kingston, (33 Lundy's Lane) at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, 13 November 2019. A reception will follow at the Army, Navy, Air Force Club Unit 377, (317 Gore Road, off Highway 15), Kingston from 12:30 to 2:00 p.m. Cremation will follow. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to, Soldier On.
