BISLEY, Clayton S. - of West Hartford died Friday, (March 15, 2002) at Hartford Hospital-Palliative Care Unit. He was born in Montreal Quebec, Canada and was a veteran of World War II serving in the Royal Canadian Navy. Clayton moved to Connecticut after the war and returned to school. He graduated from the University of Hartford and Northwestern School of Mortgage Banking. He retired from Cigna after 38 years and served as Assistant Vice President. He is survived by his loving wife Norah (Martin) Bisley; and his two sons, David W. Bisley of New Britain and Andrew Ted Bisley of West Hartford; and a beloved grandson, Andrew Martin Bisley of West Hartford. There are no calling hours. A memorial service will be held at St. James's Episcopal Church at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Palliative Care Unit of Hartford Hospital or the Visiting Nurses of Hartford. (The Hartfound Courant 17 Mar 2002)
