Able Seaman Steward, C.A.F. (Navy)

 

Died: 22 Sep 1971 at sea

 

AB deBalinhard was presumed drowned after falling overboard off HMCS PROVIDER while enroute from Hawaii to San Diego.  The search was called off after 9 hours.  His body was not recovered.
