Built at Canadian Vickers Ltd., Montreal, Que, TR 31 was delivered to the RCN on 20 May 1918. She specifications were: Displacement: 275 tons, Length: 125 ft, Beam: 23.5 ft, Draught: 13.5 ft, Speed: 10 kts, Armament: 1-12 pdr. TR 31 was paid off on 10 Jan 1919. She was sold in 1920 and renamed Jose Ignacio de C.
