Launched: 14 Jun 1961

Commissioned: 1961

Paid off: 1980s

Transferred to RCN - never commissioned

Fate: Broken up in 2011

 

Olympus was never commissioned in the Canadian Navy.  She was used as an alongside training platform from 1989 until the mid-90s.  She was sold for scrap and sent by barge to Port Maitland to be broken up in 2011.
