Commissioned: 19 Mar 1941

Paid off: 31 Aug 1945

Fate: Final disposition unknown

 

Chartered in 1940 and commissioned on 19 Mar 1941, this whale-catcher had been the British Southern Gem before her sale to Norwegian owners. She served with Halifax Local Defence Force throughout the war as an auxiliary minesweeper. Paid off on 31 Aug 1945, she was returned to her owners.
