In 1939, SALTPETRE was charter by the RCN from Mrs. Josephine Rodgers of Vancouver, BC.  She was purchased by the RCN in 1940 and designated HC 95.  She was sold in 1946 and her registry closed in 1967.

 

Note: Research of Byron Taylor / Nauticapedia lists her name as SALTPETRE while the Navy List for June 1940 lists her as SALT PETER.
