CONRAD, Douglas Selborne - 75, Voglers Cove, Lunenburg County, died April 7, 1994, in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in Voglers Cove, he was a son of Selborne Conrad, Caledonia, Queens County and the late Jennie (Conrad) Conrad. He is survived by two sons, Walter, Voglers Cove; Martin, Port Alberni, B.C.; two daughters, Margaret (Mrs. Max Slauenwhite), Voglers Cove; Jean Mueller, Port Alberni, B.C.; two brothers, Delbert, Alfred, both of Voglers Cove; three sisters, Edna Fisher, Bridgewater; Stella Fredrickson, Williams Lake, B.C.; Evelyn Baxter, Terrace, B.C.; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, the former Belle J. Sutton; sister, Carrie Kempton. Visitation will be 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today in R.A. Corkum Funeral Home, Wileville, where a legion service will be 7 p.m. tonight. Funeral will be 1 p.m. Sunday in St. John's United Church, Voglers Cove, Rev. Charlotte Youland officiating. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery. Immediate family flowers only. Donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia, St. John's United Church or any charity.
