In memory of those who have Crossed the Bar
CARTER, Robert (Bob) - Veteran of the Royal Canadian Navy WWII and member of the Royal Regiment of Canada, passed away peacefully at Grey Brue Health Services in Meaford on Thursday, February 27, 2020 in his 95th year. Bob is survived by his beloved wife Margaret Carter (nee Sladics) of Meaford and by his daughters Nancy, Jeri and Cindy. He was the proud grandpa of 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Bob will be missed by his sister Barbara Levi and was predeceased by his brother Brian Carter. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of Bob's life will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Ferguson Funeral Home, 48 Boucher St. E., Meaford, ON N4L 1B9. (The Owen Sound Sun Times 03 Mar 2020)
