In memory of those who have Crossed the Bar
Ships served in: HMCS NIOBE - Frank was on leave from NIOBE when the Halifax Explosion occurred and thereby avoid injury. The Petty Officer who replaced him on NIOBE'S pinnace died in the explosion.
