In memory of those who have Crossed the Bar
WILLIAMS, William Warren - The family of William Warren Williams wish to announce his passing at the Dartmouth General Hospital on August 30, 2025, at the age of 90. Born December 1, 1934, he was a son of the late Lewis Harding Williams, and Helen Maude (Wiley) Williams, and foster son of Clinton and Catherine Townsend (Shelburne, NS). William was a member of the Canadian Armed Forces (Navy) for over 20 years. He ended his working career at his shop, 'Willie's Auto Repair', in Dartmouth.
He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Annie Leora (Smith) Williams; children, Delilah (Richard) Hardy, Wilma (Arthur) Cole, Charles (Colleen) Williams, Warren (Judy) Williams, Wendy (Tony) McNeil, Trevor (Katrina) Williams; sisters, Jean Clancey and Eileen Matthews; grandchildren, Natalie, Nicole, Michael, Tanya, Melissa, Warren, Charles, Allison, Bryce, Kara, Ayla, Korben; great grandchildren, Caleb, Olivia, Bryson, Ruby, Leah, Ethan, Charlotte, Madalyn, Remy, Kohen and Khadija.
Along with his parents and foster parents, he was predeceased by sisters, Doris Thorburn, Ruth Doleman, Evelyn Henry; brother, Gordon, and Lewis Williams, and foster son, Jeffrey Emmerson.

A private graveside burial with family only to be held September 12, 2025, in Dartmouth Memorial Gardens.
