PROPP, Walter William - Passed away in Victoria on September 23, 2024 at the age of 93. Predeceased by his loving wife of 68 years, Sheila, and son, Brad. Left to remember Walter are sons Byron (Bev), Barry (Jackie), and Bruce (Dawn), 5 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, cousin Donna in Alberta, and family in the U.S.A.
