QUINN, Denis Charles - Peacefully on Wednesday, February 9, 2005 in the Veterans Wing of Sunnybrook Hospital, in his 83rd year, Denis passed away.  Dear brother of George and his wife Frances.  Beloved uncle of Michael and Linda, David and Cindi, Danny and Fran, Peter and Patrick and great-uncle of Brendan, Lindsay, Rebecca, Caileigh, Jamie and Charlie.  Long time friend of Bridie Chambers.  After wartime service in the RCNVR and 30 years service with the Canadian Immigration Department.  Denis retired to pursue his many interests.  Included in these were painting, woodworking and pottery.  An avid hockey player n his younger years, in his latter years he enjoyed ice skating.  Our grateful appreciation goes to the nurses and doctors at Sunnybrook Hospital with special thanks to the nurses and social workers of 3K West in the Veterans Wing for their kindness and care, also to his friend Betty Rozema for her care and devotion during his illness.  At his request, no service will be held.  Interment at a later date.  (Click here to view to published obituary)
