In memory of those who have Crossed the Bar
LAZAROFF, Andrei Chalres (Andy) - Chief Petty Officer Second Class Andy Lazaroff of the Royal Canadian Navy (retired) 1993-2020 has passed. Andy joined HMCS York as a naval signalman and crossed over to the regular force shortly thereafter. Andy served in a number of ships and filled a range of operations roles in Toronto, Ottawa, Victoria and Brussels.
Andy will be dearly missed by his shipmates, friends and family.

A funeral service for Andrei will be held at 10 am on Thursday, March 20, 2025 at The Cathedral Church of St. James, 106 King St E, Toronto, ON M5C 1G6. (Rosar-Morrison Funeral Home & Chapel)
