In memory of those who have Crossed the Bar
HARKNESS, Robert Hugh - Second World War Veteran. Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 17, 2012 at Humber River Regional Hospital, Church Site at age 88. Beloved husband of the late Ann (nee Toth). Loving father of R. Dickson Harkness and grandfather of R. Adam Harkness. Hugh will be fondly remembered by his extended family members and friends. Visitation will be held at the Turner & Porter Butler Chapel, 4933 Dundas St. W., Etobicoke (between Kipling and Islington Aves.) from 7-9 p.m. on Monday. Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, 3055 Bloor St. W., Toronto (west of Royal York Rd.) on Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at 11 a.m. Interment St. Philip's Cemetery.
