As a grandfather, he was the source of boundless joy and warmth. Known affectionately as Papa, he brought laughter, life lessons, and endless love to his grandchildren, Christian, Kellan & Kaia. His role within the family was one he cherished, and he continued to be a source of unwavering support, always available with wisdom and humor that his entire family treasured. Beyond his family, Bill had a long-standing career with the Department of Public Works & Government Services Canada.
