COOKE, Roy Kenneth - In Loving Memory of Roy Cooke. Born July 24, 1919 Montreal, Quebec. Died December 12, 2010 Victoria, BC. Proudly served in the Royal Canadian Navy and worked in advertising, journalism and radio. Roy was an avid sportsman and humanitarian. Dearly missed by his wife Dorothy and all his extended family. The family wishes to thank all staff at Gorge Road Hospital Waterview Unit for their kindness and support. (The Victoria Times Colonist 19 Dec 2010)
Roy was predecease by his first wife Isabelle Florence (née Conrad) Cooke (1921-1986). They married on 04 Jun 1943, Lunenburg, Lunenburg Co., NS.
