In memory of those who have Crossed the Bar
John is buried in the Glenwood Memorial Gardens, Sherwood Park, Alberta.
John's brother, Layer Rating Clare Andrew Real, RCNVR, died when his ship, HMCS SPIKENARD, was torpedoed and sunk during the Second World War.
John's brother, Harold Percival Real, also served in the RCNVR during he Second World War.
