WHITE, Frederick Charles - of Richmond, BC; passed away on Tuesday, January 10, 2017, one day shy of his 83rd birthday. Fred is survived by Diane, his loving wife of 41 years; his son Chris (Joanne) and daughters Michelle (Steve), Sharon-Lee (Gary), and Pauline (Ron); 11 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren; brother Gary (Joanne); his beloved Auntie Toots and many extended family and friends. Fred was a mentor, a highly respected and valued member of The Navy League of Canada in Richmond, BC. A Celebration of Life will be held at The Richmond Navy League, 7411 River Road, February 5, between 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. (Vancouver Sun / The Province 29 Jan 2017)
