Allan is buried in the Brookside Cemetery, Winnipeg, MB.
Allan's brother, L/Sig Alexander Mowat Gair, RCNVR, died when ship, HMCS GUYSBOROUGH, was sunk during the Second World War.
Allan's brother, PO Peter Patrick Gair, RCNVR, also served during the Second World War.
