McBRIDE, John Harold - It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of John Harold McBride on August 19, 2012. Born in Montreal in 1937, John was the son of the late Phyllis and John MCBride. He is survived by his sisters Sally MCBride (the late Andre Lapointe), Vivian Clermont (Jean-Claude) and his brother, David as well as his niece Christine, his nephews, Norman, Robert, Michael, Jean-Marc, Philippe and two great-nieces and two great- nephews. Service on Saturday, September 15, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Little Trinity Church, 425 King St. E., Toronto. Reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to Little Trinity Missions would be appreciated by the family. (The Toronto Star 25 Aug 2012)
